Cancellation Policy
At Sellio™, we operate as an e-commerce aggregator providing a platform for independent sellers and service providers to list and sell their products. Please note that Sellio™ is not the manufacturer, owner, or direct seller of the listed items.
1. Vendor/ Seller Cancellation Terms
Cancellations are governed by the respective seller’s policy. Each vendor may have their own terms and conditions regarding order cancellations, timelines, and applicable fees (if any). Customers are advised to review the seller’s cancellation policy available on the product or store page before placing an order.
2. Customer Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an order within the time frame specified by the seller. Generally, most sellers allow cancellations within 24–48 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched or marked as “Ready to Ship,” cancellations may no longer be possible.
3. Platform’s Role in Cancellations
While Sellio™ does not directly control or execute cancellations, we actively encourage and monitor our sellers to ensure smooth processing of valid cancellation requests. In certain cases, Sellio™ may facilitate communication or initiate a cancellation on behalf of the seller to assist the customer. However, Sellio™ cannot be held liable for denial or delay in cancellation if caused by the seller.
4. Refunds After Cancellation
Once a cancellation is confirmed and approved by the seller, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method as per the seller’s refund policy and payment gateway timelines. Typically, refunds are completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
Some orders may not be eligible for cancellation, such as:
- Orders for digital or downloadable goods.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Orders already shipped or out for delivery.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Cancellable.”
6. Fraudulent or Misuse Cases
If any seller is found engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive cancellation practices, Sellio™ will take strict action, including permanent removal of the seller from our platform. However, Sellio™ will not be responsible for refund obligations arising from such seller misconduct.
