1. Responsibility of Vendors

• All products, services, and related information made available on our platform are the sole responsibility of the respective Vendors.
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring the quality, authenticity, accuracy, legality, and safety of their offerings.

2. No Liability

• Sellio does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any product or service sold through the platform.
• We are not liable for any misconduct, misrepresentation, delay, defect, deficiency, damage, fraud, or negligence caused by Vendors.

3. Disputes & Claims

• Any concerns, complaints, or disputes arising out of a purchase, sale, or service shall be resolved directly between the buyer and the respective Vendor.
• Vendors shall be solely responsible for addressing refunds, replacements, warranties, and after-sales services in accordance with their policies and applicable laws.

4. Limitation of Role

• Sellio merely acts as a technological intermediary to connect buyers and Vendors.
• By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that our role is limited to providing marketplace infrastructure and that liability rests solely with the Vendor.
