Return & Refund Policy
At Sellio™, we operate as an e-commerce aggregator and provide a platform for sellers, vendors, and service providers to showcase and sell their products. We are not the actual seller of the products listed on our platform.
Return Responsibility
All returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to the individual vendor’s or supplier’s return policy. We do not manufacture, stock, or directly sell the products. However, we actively encourage and track our sellers to ensure proper refund processing in accordance with their respective policies. In certain cases, Sellio™ may initiate refunds on behalf of sellers to maintain a smooth customer experience. That said, if any seller engages in fraudulent or deceptive activities, Sellio™ cannot be held responsible for refund fulfillment. In such situations, we take strict action, including permanent termination of the seller’s account from our platform.
How to Request a Return
- Check the return/refund policy provided by the seller on the product page.
- Contact the seller or supplier directly for initiating a return or replacement request.
- Provide complete details such as Order ID, Product Details, and Reason for Return.
- Follow the packaging and shipping instructions as shared by the seller.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and timelines are governed by the vendor’s policy. Once the seller confirms and approves the return, the refund will be processed as per their procedure.
Refund Processing Timelines
- For online payments (credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking): refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- For third-party wallets or gateways: processing may take up to 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- For cash-on-delivery orders (if applicable): refunds to the provided bank account are usually processed within 7–10 business days after product receipt and seller approval.
- In some cases, additional time may be required by your bank or payment processor to reflect the refund.
Platform Responsibility
Sellio™ acts only as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for:
- Non-acceptance of returns by the seller.
- Delays in refund processing by the vendor or payment gateway.
- Quality, condition, or warranty of the product.
