  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the seller’s logistics partner.
  • Any claims regarding delayed, lost, or damaged shipments must be raised directly with the seller.

2. Shipping Through Our Vendors

Sellers may also opt to ship their products through our partnered logistics vendors. In such cases:

  • Tracking information will be made available on our platform.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared during checkout.
  • Our logistics partners are responsible for safe and timely delivery, subject to service availability at the delivery location.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the seller’s chosen shipping method and location. Estimated timelines will be provided, but actual delivery dates may vary due to logistics constraints, high-demand seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. International Shipping

Availability of international shipping depends on the seller and the logistics partner. Duties, taxes, and customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Our Disclaimer

Sellio is a platform provider and does not assume responsibility for shipping delays, damages, or non-delivery caused by sellers or third-party logistics providers. Any disputes regarding shipping must be addressed directly with the concerned seller or logistics partner.
