1. Vendor/ Supplier Responsibility

Refunds for purchased products or services are solely governed by the individual vendor’s or supplier’s refund policy. Each seller may have their own terms and conditions regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

2. Our Role

As a platform operator, Sellio does not guarantee, initiate, or process refunds directly. We act only as a facilitator to connect buyers with sellers. In the event of a refund request, customers are required to contact the respective seller/vendor directly.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you should:

  • Review the vendor’s refund policy on their store page.
  • Contact the seller/vendor directly through the communication options provided on our platform.
  • Provide order details (Order ID, product name, and purchase date) for faster resolution.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be applicable in certain cases, depending on the seller’s policy, including but not limited to:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
  • Digital goods/services once delivered or accessed.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

While we strive to ensure sellers provide fair policies, we are not responsible for any delays, denials, or disputes arising from refund requests. Any financial settlement is solely between the buyer and the seller.
